It only requires a reference component or some old drawings to create an exact reproduction precise in every detail. This is reflected in the perfection and precision of the components we realise to meet your specifications. We can trace the exact data of the original part through scanning with cutting-edge aids such as the FaroArm CMM, creating a perfect replica.
Production support
From creation of the blank and drafting of drawings to the finished product, our engineers monitor the complete production process for your desired products. And this support is 100 per cent transparent. You can contribute your ideas to every production process, thus actively participating in the creation of your components. This encompasses the preparation of a raw casted part, casting simulation and supplementary drawings. It also involves drawing derivation from 3D models and designing that reflects production and functional requirements.
